Analytical Study of Ghair Mansoos Isteaza in the light of jurisprudence

Abstract

Islam is the religion which provides with peace to mankind in the outer world, as well as, in the inner self of man. It provides satisfaction and serenity to its followers in the moments of inner conflicts and social discords. In order to get the possible solutions to these conflicts and complexes, we need to go to the personalities endowed with peculiar qualities to resolve them. This article aims to discuss the Ghair Mansoos Isteaza in the light of jurisprudence that which kind of words and their usage is allowed or not in the light of Isamic teachings.
