Analysis of Naqoosh e Seerat about Ibadat in Rawayat of Huzaifa bin Yaman
Abstract
Ḥazrat Ḥudhaifah ibn Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) was an esteemed companion of Prophet Muḥammad (peace be upon him) entrusted with the Prophet's secrets. He conveyed numerous Ḥadiths to the Muslim community, shedding light on various aspects of the Prophet's life, particularly emphasizing the diverse facets of his worship. These Ḥadiths underscore Islām as a comprehensive way of life. The practical embodiment of Islām is found in Prophet Muḥammad's (peace be upon him) life, offering guidance for every aspect of life. In today's era, the younger generation has distanced itself from the Prophet's biography, necessitating the enlightenment of every facet of life through the Seerah. This encompasses not only general life guidance but also insights into the Prophet's worship practices. Analyzing the narrations of Ḥazrat Ḥudhaifah, a rich source of Seerah unfolds, providing profound insights into the Prophet's life. The research methodology involves elucidation and analytical examination, supported by evidence from the Qur’ān and Ḥadith. Credibility is enhanced through historical examples and linguistic references. In conclusion, the discussion explores Islāmic teachings and narratives from Ḥazrat Ḥudhaifah, underscoring the importance of integrating the Seerah into society, especially among the youth. Following the Prophet's biography is crucial in creating an exemplary and better society grounded in Islāmic principles. In fostering such a society, the Seerah serves as a beacon, guiding individuals toward a life aligned with the teachings of Prophet Muḥammad (peace be upon him)
