Applied and Jurisprudential Study of “Sharia Before Us”: Its Rules and Authenticity according to Islamic Scholars

Abstract

The research presents a study that addresses with the position of Islamic scholars regarding the inference of sharia before us and its rules and authenticity according to the Islamic scholars. It is not hidden from the contemplator of the interpretation of Islamic scholars and their books that it contains various jurisprudential issues scattered among their interpretation of the noble verses and hadith. After tracing and extrapolating the aspect of Islamic scholars interpretation it is clear that the majority of hanafi, shafie and others say that the legislation of those before us  from the predecessor prophets in the branches  of business is a law for us  that must be acted upon ,as long as it is  not abrogated  in our law. So the research came out  in two sections: the first part of the topic the extent to which Islamic law was concluded by us as an arguments and the Islamic scholars position on inference  from it. The Second that is about the jurisprudential issues related to inference from sharia before us, the research has been concluded by reviewing the results of the data.
