A Critical Study of the Labour Laws of Pakistani Women in Islam

Abstract

In view of the increasing problems of women in Pakistānī laws, new laws have also been added, in which most of the women in the present era are seen taking responsibility for both home and office but they also have to face some problems for them. Legislation was made. When a woman has to perform many responsibilities at home and in the office, due to which it is natural to have pressure on the mind but when in office matters women have to face illegal problems along with office work, then their mental problems increase. That is why, since the establishment of Pākistān, legislation has been enacted many times keeping women's employment issues at the fore. The article aims to focuss on the analysis of the labour laws approved by Punjab Assembly in the light of sharia.
